Penwortham Hill Post Office is an independent Main Post Office based in the Penwortham, on A59 west of Preston, Lancashire.

In 2012 the premices were extended and modernised bringing in new open plan post office counters.

With more space it was now possible to fully expand the retail offering of the shop, and although the Post Office remains the focus of the business, we are now able to offer our customers an extra shopping experience with a huge selection of cards and gorgeous gifts for every occasion.

Joanne says: “I am always grateful for the support shown to us by customers, not just from Penwortham but also from surrounding areas, which has enabled our business to succeed. I do believe that all Post Offices play a vital role in keeping communities with access to services that would otherwise be lost.”
